To ensure the integrity of every flight offer and respect the time of our participating FBOs and
aircraft
operators, Bid-A-Flight requires a $250
Flight Board Fee from each passenger when posting a new flight request.
This fee confirms that your flight offer is genuine and that you are serious about chartering a
private
aircraft. The payment allows your
request to appear on the Bid-A-Flight Flight Board, where verified operators can review your offer,
respond, and
submit counter-offers in real
time.
Once both parties reach an agreement and confirm the flight, Bid-A-Flight will refund 80% of the
$250
fee (a
refund of $200).
The remaining 20% ($50) is retained by Bid-A-Flight as a post-processing and platform fee to cover
operational
costs and transaction handling.
This process ensures transparency, accountability, and a professional marketplace experience for
both
travelers
and aviation partners.
